Another wasted draft pick
The Bears signed offensive tackle John St. Clair Tuesday and waived offensive tackle Marc Colombo. Colombo, the Bears' first-round pick in 2002 (29th overall), started seven of 18 games in an injury-plagued career with the Bears.
