Dell Update

A new tech came on Thursday and fixed the computer. He had no idea that the other tech had stolen from me but was not that surprised. He said that they had been looking for reason to fire the other tech for the past couple weeks because of his incompetence. Hopefully this is reason enough to give him the boot.
