The Royals ended their 19-game losing streak yesterday, defeating the A's 2-1. The 19-game skid set the franchise record for most consecutive losses. The streak was baseball's longest losing streak in 17 years. All of the A's performed the ancient art of Seppuku after letting the Royals defeat them.
