Dude, I just stole your processor
I have some advice for anyone who has a Dell Tech over to fix a computer...Don't leave them in a room alone with your valuables.
I made the mistake yesterday of leaving a tech alone in my workroom with several other computers, including a machine I used to image other machines. When I went to turn on my imaging machine today, it wouldn't start. After spending several minutes trying to figure out what was happening, I decided to take off the processor fan and heat sink. I was surprised to find no processor under there. Today was the first time I had ever taken off a heat sink like that so I know I didn't take the processor and forget about it. Only the principal, vice principal, and I have a key to my workroom and I'm fairly confident that they wouldn't know how to get the processor off the motherboard. I always lock the door when I am not in there so that rules out the kids. The door was left open when the Dell guy came to find me in the office, but it was 3:45 so no kids were left in the building. I am positive that this Dell guy is the only person who would've been able to take that fan and heat sink off and then put them back on again within a couple minutes. However, proving it is next to impossible. It's not that big of a deal because I have 16 computers exactly alike and one of the motherboards fried earlier this week so I just took the processor from it and put it into the motherboard with the missing processor.
The best part is that the Dell guy has to come back next week because he wasn't able to fix the computer he came to work on. I'm thinking a confrontation with me and the school police office is in the Dell guy's future.

I don't understand why anyone would buy a Dell when they could get a Mattern PC.

I'm not at home all week, this won't be updated for a while.
Frank Martin is crying because you still haven't seen his movie.
I scream, you scream, we all scream for ice cream.
