Fantasy Update Week 5

In the keeper league, I was defeated for the first time in 20 weeks by Gill's team. From this day forward, October 9th, 2005 will be known as the day the streak died. I take some comfort in the fact that my 20-game winning streak will never be broken. Priest Holmes, Daunte Culpepper, Randy Moss, and Jeremy Shockey all had bye weeks. That may have contributed to the loss. X-15 is now 4-1 and in second place.

In the re-draft league, I was beaten for the fourth straight week. The final score was 85.57 to 83.80. Brandon Lloyd, who had zero points, is wearing the goat horns this week. I am 1-4 in that league and in ninth place.

INJURY REPORT: The Intruders lost Deuce McAllister for the year to a torn ACL. Javon Walker was lost for the year earlier in the season. X-15 was without the services of Cadillac Williams, who sat out the game due to foot and hamstring injuries. He listed as probable for week 6.
