Boilers in trouble with the law

Sophomore tight end Garret Bushong was arrested for suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated early Friday morning. Joe Tiller said that Bushong will be suspended for the Iowa game.

Gordon Watt, a Purdue men's basketball team member, was arrested on charges of public intoxication on Sept. 24 in Lafayette. He was released on $100 bond.

Coach Matt Painter issued a statement "We take very seriously the incident involving Gordon Watt. The situation, along with his punishment, will be handled in-house and some elements have already been handled. In the meantime, we'll let the legal process run its course before taking further action."
