Brown out

UPDATE: The Bears placed Mike Brown on the IR today, ending his season. Brown suffered a Lisfranc fracture while scoring a touchdown Monday night.

As reported by Erv, Mike Brown could be done for the season. Brown had surgery on a ligament in his right foot this morning and is out indefinitely.

Lovie also announced today that the team has suspended safety Brandon McGowan for a week for violating a team rule. The Bears have a bye this week so the suspenion will not have much of an effect on the secondary for the game against the 49ers.
