Snipes headed to the pokey?

Wesley Snipes was indicted Tuesday on eight counts of tax fraud accusing him of trying to cheat the government of $12 million in false refund claims. Snipes could spend a maximum of 16 years in prison. I'll never understand why wealthy people continue to get into this kind of trouble. If he's hard up for cash all he has to do his make another craptastic movie like Undisputed.

After looking at his recent filmography, I think I have a whole other topic to cover. Has anyone seen his last few movies (Hard Luck, The Detonator, Chaos, The Marksman)? Chaos starred one of this blog's favorite actors, Jason Statham, but I've never heard of it. Judging from what I can find on Google, the movie has already been released. Anyway, what's the deal with Snipes and his straight to DVD movie roles? Maybe he's been typecast by Hollywood and can't get any major roles that don't involve him being a vampire-human hybrid. It's hard seeing Snipes fall so far. Back in 1997 he was in one of the best movies of all time. It was the address that changed all the rules!
