Nomar homers in Cubs win

Nomar Garciaparra hit a two-run homer to lead the Chicago Cubs to an 8-3 win over the Giants today. Corey Patterson added a pair of hits and drove in a run for the Cubbies. Kerry Wood pitched two scoreless innings and picked up the win.
