The enemy of my enemy is my friend
While mowing the lawn today, I was attacked by hundreds of orange flying ants. I was about ready to make a run for it when I noticed my nemesis, the spider, catching dozens of the ants in his web. The spiders, myself, and my mower formed an alliance known as the Triple Entente and went to war with the flying ants. I may add Bayer insect killer to the allied forces tomorrow when I get home from Purdue if the ants are still around. I think we may go with a scorched earth approach.
I had noticed the spiders earlier and was going to have Angie kill them when she got home (we all know I'm too scared of spiders to try and kill them). Bayer and I both hate spiders so we're going to perform a covert operation to take down the spiders once the ants have been defeated. Please don't tell the spiders.
